SUMMARY:Tremont West Annual Membership Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Tremont West Code-of-Regulations requires our organization to hold the annual meeting in May. Due to COVID-19\, this year’s format will be different. We will be mailing our membership their ballots along with instructions on how to submit the ballot on the day of the Annual Meeting.\nOur Board President\, Kate Carden will open the meeting in the morning and Secretary\, Ann Marie Riley will close the meeting with the announcement of quorum (or lack thereof) at 7:30pm.\nSpecific details will be mailed to members in early May\, if you are a member and have not received your ballot by Wednesday\, May 20\, 2020 please email Scott Rosenstein at scottrosenstein@tremontwest.org. These members are democratically elected by the membership on a rotating basis; each year the membership elects a Board President (one year term) and 4 or 5 Directors who will serve a three year term. \n\n\n\n\nMeetings are open to the public.  Meeting Minutes are available here\, once they are approved by the board.
