Administrative Application Fee $15 for ALL ARTISTS (Payable upon application and non-refundable).

UPDATE: Due to circumstances beyond our control the Festival dates are changed to the fourth weekend of September (Saturday, September 28th & Sunday, September 29th) 2019. We regret any inconvenience.

ATTENTION VISUAL ARTISTS: Registration for visual artists for the 2019 festival is NOW OPEN.

Application and digital images by online application (see below) or or by US mail (download paper version) with a CD are excepted on a case by case basis through August 15th, 2019. Payment of the $15 non-refundable administrative processing fee must accompany application.

Following review of the applications and submitted photos received after June 28th, artists will be notified of acceptance within two weeks of the original application. Those accepted will be notified of the payment deadline for the $160 booth fee.

Artist-friendly refund policy:

Visual Artists who’ve been accepted to the Arts Festival and have paid their booth fee of $160, and then decide not to participate, need to send a written withdrawal request no later than August 27, 2019 either via snail mail (to Tremont Arts & Cultural Festival, c/o Merrick House, 1050 Starkweather Ave., Cleveland, OH 44113) or by faxing to the attention of Tremont Arts & Cultural Festival at 216.575.0998 or by e-mailing tremont701@yahoo.com.

There are no refunds granted after August 27th for any reason.
