PLEASE SUBMIT APPLICATIONS for the 2023 Festival either by paper or online application below. Applications for community, cultural and food vendors available now. PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY APPLICATION.
- Tremont Arts & Cultural Festival is an equal opportunity festival and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic status, ethnicity or nationality.
- All applications are conditional pending review by festival staff to maintain the best interest and needs of the festival.
- Priority will be given to vendors whose applications are received prior to July 28th. However applications will be accepted until August 16th with payment of additional $35 late fee.
- By submitting an application, potential vendors agree that decisions are made at the Festival Manager’s discretion (subject to review by Tremont West Development, if appropriate.)

(City of Cleveland – required of all food vendors unless you already possess a Cuyahoga County food permit). City of Cleveland Fee (2023): $100 (Food Handlers).
Temporary Hazmat Application 2023
(If cooking with gas, propane, or charcoal).

PLEASE NOTE: Booth Electricity Needed? Available for an additional fee of $30. (FOOD BOOTHS ONLY—NOT AVAILABLE FOR OTHER VENDORS).
There are no refunds granted after August 16th for any reason.
