CLEVELAND, OHIO – July 18, 2024
Tremont West Development Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Dahlhausen as its new Executive Director, effective July 1, 2024. Dahlhausen has been serving as the Interim Executive Director since September 2023 after the departure of former Executive Director Cory Riordan. Joining Tremont West in 2020, her work began with the creation of the Tremont Senior Home Repair Program, offering major health and safety home repairs to Tremont seniors at no cost.
As Interim Director, Dahlhausen successfully navigated the transition, earned the trust of her staff and the community, and emerged as a clear leader for the neighborhood. As we embark on the next chapter of Tremont West Development Corporation, we are thrilled that Julie has accepted the role of full-time Executive Director, a unanimous decision by the Board of Directors. We look forward to supporting TWDC’s strategic direction under her diligent leadership.
Tremont West Development Corporation is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a vibrant and sustainable community in the Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland. The work of Tremont West focuses on a range of initiatives, including economic development, housing, arts programming, and community engagement, to improve the quality of life for residents and businesses.
